SAV/BSO Type Examination Certificate

The marinised turbocharged MPE 750 engine with 72kW rated power has been certified against Swiss exhaust emission directives (SAV) and Lake Constance shipping directives (BSO). Therefore, this engine may be used on all Swiss navigable waterways and Lake Constance for inboard installations. It is possible to use the engine both in new and retrofit installations to existing boats. Also, due to the low total emissions levels, a twin-engine installation is possible.
